1 What time is check-out?

Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

2 Is there a refund after check-in?

No, unfortunately, there are no refunds once you have checked in.

3 What should I do if the fire alarm goes off?

In case the fire alarm goes off, please evacuate the apartment and converge at the ground floor for further instructions.

4 Will I be charged for any damages to the apartment?

Yes, any damage or stains to furniture, walls, or items inside the apartment will be deducted from your caution fee.

5 What happens if I take something from the apartment?

Taking any items from the apartment will result in a deduction from your caution fee.

6 Can I give my door card to someone else?

No, giving your door card to a third party will result in a full deduction from your caution fee.

7 What happens if I lose my door card?

Losing your door card will result in a full deduction from your caution fee.

8 Are pets allowed in the apartment?

No, pets are not allowed in the apartment.

9 Is smoking allowed in the apartment?

No, smoking is strictly prohibited.

10 How many guests can stay in each apartment?

The maximum number of guests allowed depends on the apartment size:

  • 1-bedroom apartment: 2 people
  • 2-bedroom apartment: 4 people
  • 3-bedroom apartment: 6 people
11 Are parties allowed in the apartments?

No, loud music, parties, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in a caution fee.

12 What documents do I need to fill on arrival?

Your fully signed booking forms.

13 Do my guests need to register before entering the apartment?

Yes, all guests must submit a valid ID (passport, driver’s license, voter’s card, NIN) before entering the apartment.

Payment

1 Can I pay for my stay in installments?

No, payment is fully upfront.

2 Is there a caution fee required? If so, how much is it and when is it refunded?

Yes, there’s is a N50,000 caution fee added to each reservation. This caution fee is refundable and this would be made while you check out.

3 What should I do if I don’t get a payment confirmation?

4 What payment methods do you accept?

You can make payment online once you book via our website. You also have the opportunity to pay on-site when you arrive at our apartment.
